The CORE® MAP is the tool that we use to customize training for your organization, as well as give you tremendous personal insight in your coaching program. Our proprietary customization process includes:


1. Improved performance: in which we look into the styles  
    and behaviors of individual team members.

2. We assess how these behaviors might be contributing to the       
    organizational problems and determine what skills need
    to be improved upon in order to solve the problems.

3. We design the customized group training and provide individual
